A major national marketer of collectibles with a success story spanning more than 60 years needed an outsourced partner to assist its order fulfillment operation during peak season. The mission was to handle a high volume of orders generated by its annual mailing and print campaigns.

CHALLENGE

The company’s existing infrastructure was highly specialized and required a significant volume of orders and shipments to be processed remotely using its systems. Because the products were of high value, the company also required an extremely tight inventory control process and adherence to a strict service level schedule.

SOLUTION
